February 2014, New Yorkers saw more of newly-elected Mayor Anthony Weiner as he inaugurated a new tradition of proceeding down Broadway in a jockstrap tossing out Mardis Gras beads and ordering women to expose their breasts. The twit continually updated this spectacle on Twitter.
