The New York state legislature will end its session this Thursday, June 20th.  If we can get through the next few days we New Yorkers will be safe from more damage by the Senate and Assembly.  However, we will still be stuck with Emperor Andrew Cuomo.  Emperor Cuomo's official title is Governor.
