Are peace and harmony breaking out in South Asia? Maybe if a report in the Sunday, March 13th, NEW YORK TIMES fully reflects the situation. More than one person expressed the thought that Indians and Pakistanis are one people with different religions. This is something that I noticed from reports on immigrants in New York City. Indians and Pakistanis ate in the same restaurants and shopped in the same stores. There was more harmony here than there.

Why do only younger workers get to opt out partially from Social Security? Why only partially to 15%? Why not all workers with all their income at their own disposal.
